According to this map from GNIP, a lot of Filipinos use their mobile phone to tweet in and around the business districts, the malls, and on the road. The map shows off usage patterns for various mobile operating systems used to tweet around the world. If you open the map, you can filter it via Android, iPhone and Blackberry devices to give you a better insight of which device is used more often to Tweet from mobile phones.
