This is a Starfruit or locally known as Balimbing. In Tagalog, Balimbing also means undecided or someone who can't make up/keep changing their minds. Much to say, a lot of political candidates for the next years elections - whom renounced, denied or withdrawn their candidacy for the elections suddenly turned tables and decided "What the hey, I'll just run for president."
