Singapore's well guarded secret?
A lion stands guard in front of a shop in Chinatown, Singapore. Among Chinatown's delightful buys, I discovered that Singapore's cleanliness, impressive planning and hard working citizens are perhaps some of the city's secrets for becoming what it is today. If these are enough then why can't other countries like the Philippines with far greater resources catch up?
