A student from the UP AME (Anime and Manga Enthusiasts) dresses up as one of the APUs from The Matrix: Revolutions film. This Matrix APU is only one of hundreds of different costumes and mascots that celebrated the Lantern Parade last week.

i’d just like to inform you that the person wearing the costume is not from UP TOMO-KAI, he is a member of UP AME (anime and manga enthusiasts) the one who created the costume is also from UP AME.the costume was the one that won the first place at the second culture crash comics costume convention Ü
