The All Filipino Bibingka

This is an all Filipino Bibingka or Rice Cake. It is baked in a kiln like this for a few minutes then served hot in its magnificent golden brown color with some grated coconut on the top. It's a must try if you ever drop by the Philippines.

Resources:
You can learn how to cook Bibingka at The University of Hawaii and at International Recipes Online.
