Trains

The Philippines lacks a lot of things - mostly planning and education - and one of them is a transportation system. A railway system for example would have far benefited the country's economy and transport system but none exist and plans for one are yet to be fulfilled. This picture though is of a train used in Tarlac in the 1960s when they were transporting sugar cane to and from the area. It's placed as a relic at the Luisita Park Complex in Tarlac. The complex is on MacArthur Highway and a great pit stop for travelers heading to Baguio City.
