It's red cups season again which means it's time for a lot of Filipinos to collect the Starbucks planners. It has been a tradition for us to post this guide on how to collect it since 2011 and we're happy to present it to you again this time around.

This year, Starbucks Philippines made a major change to their planners - they partnered with Moleskine! While Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea and other countries in Asia has partnered with Moleskine in the past year, this is the first time that Starbucks Philippines is going with the famed notebook maker.

There are 4 planners this time around: 2 big ones and 2 small ones. It would cost at least PHP 2,250 per planner if you purchase 9 short holiday drinks (PHP 155 each) and 9 short brewed coffees (PHP 95 each). That would also mean you consume at least 2,205 calories to collect each one, however, you can cut back 900 calories if you go for non-fat milk and remove the whipped cream. Since there are 4 planners, you would have to shell out at least PHP 9,000 and consume around 8,820 calories to collect all of the variants.

One interesting thing of note, if you adjust for inflation this is actually the most expensive Starbucks planner to collect since 2012:

Year Cost in 2015 prices
2015 PHP 2,186 Starbucks Planner 2015
2014 PHP 2,135 Starbucks 2014 Planner
2013 PHP 2,105 The cost of the Starbucks 2013 Planner
2012 PHP 2,172 003_20111104
