Pedring Floods in Bulacan

As I passed along NLEX (North Luzon Expressway) last Thursday, about 2 days after Pedring hit Luzon, vast tracts of the province of Bulacan was still underwater, most of which were up to the roof of their houses. If you would like to help, the Philippine National Red Cross is assisting those affected.
