Apple is being sued for alleged problems with the iPod Nano which was just released a few months ago. The lawsuit was filed by Jason Tomczak through Seattle-based legal firm Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP. The suit also alleges that scratches on the screen can make the iPod Nano's screen unreadable.
