Sweltering heat
The sun is shedding it's full blast of light and heat this summer and 4 cups of ice cream may not be enough of a match to beat the heat. The Amici canteen served these cups of creamy home made ice cream at my brother's school in Makati and it was a welcome relief while we wait for the 4 hour graduation rights to end.
